The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (BBMF)
The BBMF is a Royal Air Force flight that provides an aerial display group, typically comprising an Avro Lancaster heavy bomber, a Hawker Hurricane, a Spitfire, and a Douglas C-47 Dakota. The BBMF was inaugurated on July 11, 1957, at RAF Biggin Hill, and was initially called the RAF Historic Aircraft Flight.
